Why LUKAIRO was created
The foundation of LUKAIRO comes from more than 23 years in direct selling and service-based businesses. That experience created a practical understanding of how growth happens on the front lines through lead generation, customer relationships, follow-up, and operational discipline.
That background later expanded into enterprise AI and analytics software for the retail sector, working with organizations generating more than $100 million in annual revenue. This provided direct exposure to how larger companies use technology, automation, reporting, and data to improve decision-making and performance at scale.
It also highlighted a major gap. Smaller businesses were often being sold platforms rather than solutions. The software was powerful, but rarely built around the real needs of small and mid-sized companies.
